I have killed him like 6 times and he drops greens every time! But he is walking around a lot so he can be hard to find. But a nice thing is that he are on the same place that Engineer Whirleygig and Sludge Beast that also is rare mobs that drops green items almost every time :D

Foreman Grills lvl 18 rare. Engineer Whirleygig lvl 19 rare. Sludge Beast lvl 19 rare.

shot me in the back while doing nugget slugs, he hits very fast but when you disable that he's gone in 60 seconds;)

EDIT: plans have changed, i think i was a little over my head as a lvl 14 shaman
