After you kill eight 迷雾爬行者 for 效力, but you exit the zone or for some reason don't get to kill the 迷雾恐魔, this creature will spawn and follow you around, you can force it to appear by exiting the sub-zone and entering again, your screen edge turns orange and this fella spawns. Click it to summon the quest NPC.

Very poor quest text on this one. To summarize how to do this quest:

1) Kill 8 mist creepers. You should see a "mist" effect fill your screen.
2) If you don't see the mist, don't bother killing more creepers. Instead, run back to the quest giver and then return to the bog.
3) This will force the mist effect to appear. Move your cursor to the small spot in the center of your screen where your hand cursor turns yellow.
4) Click and the Mist Horror will appear. He is an easy kill and the heart has a 100% drop chance.
