tried to Capture one today, actually did capture, however, its name on screen was an awkward yellow font and when I looked it up in pet book... nothing no snail there
hope this will get fixed soon as this is the 3rd battle pet error I am experiencing :(

After you get exalted with the Order of the Cloud Serpent and you can capture those little dragon hatchlings, the Silkbead Snail often tag along as second or third pet. This is the easiest way to tame those snails if you cannot find any on the map.

For those who are not exalted with the Cloud Serpents: I have found several of them in and around the Temple of the Jade Serpent, however, not as a primary pet. I got them after engaging Emerald Turtles only. I tried Temple Snakes and Garden Frogs as well, but never got them as a secondary pet. It requires a bit of patience.
