This picture is not the actual picture of the creature FYI and should be removed asap. Im surprised this person actually put this up and wowhead allowed it .... looks nothing like it. The real one has a bloody snout and armored legs and looks very cool.

i just got this sweet as drop thats not even listed for this rabid longtooth. its elvin chain boots...mind you i have been killing these guys while skinning and lw so it took like maybe 200 kills before it dropped!

As of Cataclysm, these wolfs have relocated and are now all along the north/south of main road that goes parallel to Dire Maul.
