This vendor is selling other tabards as well. Currently carrys the "Blood Knight" tabard for my character, which I assume means that this vendor carries previously owned tabards. Likely to be only ones you've acquired post-cataclysm (not retroactive to The Shattering and beyond).

For those wondering why there's no "<Tabard Vendor>" equivalent in Stormwind, it's because the person who sells tabards is instead labeled "<Tabard Designer>". The name of the tabard designer is named Rebecca Laughlin.

Currently in 5.4, there is a bug (at least I assume it is) that allows you to buy the competitor's tabard from Garyle in Orgimmar and Lysea in Ironforge. I suspect it is a bug as I got the achievement. Though I am unsure if you never ended up getting it originally, if you can still get it. I have put in a ticket to see for sure. It's always good to know for sure. :)

You can also talk to this vendor to have her restore certain lost or destroyed tabards:

After 10.0 pre patch was launched for Dragonflight, I found Gary located inside Orgrimmar to the left of Grommash Hold. She in in a tent with the guild master and guild vendor isn't to far from them. Coord. 46.53 -79.43
