You will not see items on this vendor until you hit Honored with your guild - even if you have the proper reputation (friendly) to purchase the item.

Oddly enough, the "View In 3D" shows a female undead, similar skin-tone, but entirely different hair style.

Did Blizz code something wrong with her? What ever it is, she's very odd looking.

I thought this model was a mistake or something, and she'd be fixed...but lo and behold...she still looks the same. O_O It's creepier than the other Undead.

It appears that what is on her chin is actually the lips form the undead skin. If you look above her mouth you can see two dots that could also be her nostrils. This is what gives her face a freaky look.

I guess they "fixed" her in the last patch. she looked like a regular undead when i saw her today. Too bad. =)

Well, everyone likes to make mention of what they think this is reference to... I'm going to just say Lena Horn to start it off. Ignoring the most likely answer, that they have die with first and last names they just roll.

If you can't see certain heirlooms (that you think should be showing) at your guild vendor, try changing the 'drop down' box, at the top of the vendors page, from 'Class name' to 'All' - for some reason the vendor wasn't showing 4 heirlooms for me and a friend until we changed the drop down to 'All'. Hope this helps.
