The name of the quest he offers seems to be related to "Arcanite Reaper HO". Check out youtube and you know what I mean.

The first quest so you can start the quests in fuselight make sure you dont have the quest fuselight proper on you or this quest wont be able. ride the rocket near him to fuselight sea-port then take another quest at the npc you land near and he tells you to go to fuselight main camp take the teleporter up the hill then ride your way to fuselight and you can do all the quests there and earn reputation with all goblin citys couse fuselight its not a faction of itself as i see.

Are there any quests you have to do in EPL before this guy will appear? I'm standing in LHC now on my 41 toon, who has only done 1 quest here, and Gek is nowhere to be seen.

Little trivia on his name: Gek is a Dutch word for Crazy or Mad.

Still he doesn't seem so out of ordinary for a goblin to me...

If 44 or above, you can use the rocket free of charge any time you want, if you don't complete this quest. Right as you get on, abandon the quest. It will not drop you.

interesting to note, you get XP for exploring anywhere this passes over that you haven't explored. Pretty much the whole ride was xp popping up as I passed over places. Of course, some of the XP was "Discovered the Loch: 9 xp" Still, nice to get a little xp and exploration without effort.
