This is the NPC that will eventually lead you to the only two viable quests for Argent Dawn reputation, beyond Reveared.
After first quest hub, she asks you to follow her to the next stop. Each stop opens a new quest hub. You have to complete the first two hubs, to get access to 雷蒙德·乔治勋爵 and his quests.

she is just standing at the bridge right between the east and west plaguelands. right at the thondroril river. You can sell stuff to her. and she offers you two quests.. at first..

Fiona must have roots in Australia, due to her accent.

In example, one of her replies when you click on her is "Cheers, mate!"

I find it strange that Fiona interacts with Undead character just as she does with other races. She is Worgen after all.
