If you find yourself killing the mobs at the small camp, move right to get to (70.00 53.00) and you'll have alot more mobs to kill.

Took around 4 hours to go from Neutral to Exalted with all Goblin factions. Did it during Halloween for the 10% rep buff but Thanksgiving has one of those buffs too.

The part about the very fast respawns is true. The faster you kill in this area, the faster they respawn, although killing too quickly can break their pattern of respawning and cause random spawns all over the area out of order. However, it was very rare for me to reach that point.

I also found that the north camp was quite a bit more effective than the southern camp. The north camp has more pirates by far.

I find this NPC and general area fantastic for farming Mageweave cloth. It's also handy for being close to a Silithid hive if a sandstorm happens to hit while you're farming.

Is it possible by killing these mobs to get exalted with all gob reputations AND bloodsail buccaneers ? in fact I dont loose reputation when i farm thoses mobs, so i need to get exalted with bloodsail first and then farm a lot of these guys ?

Little update as I'm farming them :
You can kill them until exalted with at least Ratchet (just did it).
Don't know for the 3 others, but so far I'm revered with Gadgetzan, and honored with Everlook and Booty Bay, just by killing them and 南海勇夫, and still have my rep with Bloodsail Buccaneers.
