The entrance to the cave is north of the question mark on the map. If you highlight the ? so it's in a circle, your arrow marker should be completely north of the circle to find it.

For real: the actual entrance to the cave is 51.9, 14.9. Unless there is another entrance, I have no idea what the other posts are pointing to. 56, 13 is far inside the cave, where you go to complete the quest. 50,74 is on the other side of the zone, way off, close to 48, 71.

In case anyone is having trouble with the Farseer Gadra not showing up, me and my gf logged a character on another server, same faction and took it to the cave. Then that character on another server invited me and Farseer Gadra showed up. My gf then logged the character back on the server we were levelling, I invited her while keeping the disconnected char in group and he was there for her too.

If you are alone you'll have to ask someone nicely to log another server for you and travel to the area then invite you.
