He was invisible to me, I could not see him until I created a macro that targetted him. I literally spent 15 minutes searching for him all around the area for the lobster quest, finally made the macro and he appeared just west of where his PING'd is on the map... but he was invisible and would not aggro me unless attacked.

He was wandering around right where the pin is on this map, and where questhelper said he would be for me. He was invisible though, and I heard the invisibility 'sound' first before I saw him...

EDIT: I then went back and he was in the exact same place, so I killed him again because he was such a pain-in-the-@ss to find the first time...
