Its T1, Magister's regalia, but the recolored TBC red version of the set. The only difference is that his set is complete including gloves whereas the red recolor from TBC heroics do not have gloves that match the original set.

Well this sucks, I wanted to buy Deathbringer robes for my alliance lock without having to get the token but unfortunately this guy is horde, in a horde only zone. Thanks blizzard for making it harder! :(

in case you are wondering, he is located in Dalaran-Northrend not the Legion one!

Firstly, he in in Northrend not in the new one. And the second thing is I really have no idea about why the map on this page is showing Underbelly, because he is not in there.

You can find him in Sunreaver's Sanctuary in old Dalaran.

I didn't understand what some of the other comments meant by the "other Dalaran".
If you're confused, go to Org and use the portal for "Dalaran, Crystalsong Forest", same cords though.
