This mob has Scourge Deathcharger as its mount. The Death Knight drops no loot. The Deathcharger is rootable/snarable but the Death Knight is not. However since the Deathcharger is rootable/snarable you can root the Deathcharger while killing the rider. In addition, the mob is located very close to a phasing zone (go closer to the citadel gates) - you can kill the Deathcharger and when the rider comes for you simply phase out to lose aggro after a few moments then loot the Deathcharger. The rider's most potent ability is the Death Coil ability that it uses, which deals 5000 damage to a random target with aggro on the mob.

There is currently some strange glitch that is causing this NPC to scale up to (at least) lv 55. Everything around him is showing as lv 30, but the Deathcharger and Knight are both 55.
