There is a draenei woman in the draenei starting area that uses the same voice. There are a few of them around the world, but in an otherwise quiet zone she always stands out.

Per Wowpedia, the phrase is "Chronakai kristor", but this is likely just a phonetic transcription and is subject to individual interpretations.

Not sure if she says this to everyone, but when I turned in Crocolisk Mastery: The Trial she wondered if I could be part of the expedition, but then said she was certain I wasn't because "there would have been a crash joke in there somewhere." I wonder whether she says this to everyone because I'm a Draenei hunter, and it would be really cool if she only says that to other Draenei.
