Krasus sits at the top of Wyrmrest Temple with his queen, Alexstrasza. Krasus is the name the red dragon Korialstrasz takes in his humanoid aspect

If you have read the book about traveling to 10k years ago by Krasus, Rhonin and orc Brox, you should know how he is supposed to look. (his portrait is on one of teh books)

To get to him, talk to Tariolstrasz, the steward, on the west side of them temple. Ask him to borrow a drake to go to the Queen's chamber at the top of the temple.

As someone who has read the books which feature Krasus in the War of the Acients, i was so sorry to realise that he has the model of a BE DK. Damn, blizz, this is sooo unfair to him. And btw, YES, he and Alexastra have been described in the book as having a really close relationship.

Krasus says that: "I would rather die than let any harm befall her."

Can't have been easy to be Krasus during the War of the Ancients.

He gets warped back in time as his humaniod form (Krasus) where he meets his dragon self (Korialstrasz) cuddling Alextrasza. He was jealous of himself. Now that's a paradox, don't you think?

And @'Spameaterlol': Wrong. The dragons pick consorts which serves as their lifetime mates. Dragon has had so much of a history about him that he has become such a major character in the world.

As far as the Warcraft books go Krasus has never had any or never been any other consorts than Alexstrasza.

Alex has had one other prime consort and that was Tyranastrasz. He died by Deathwing after he had being captured by the orcs during the Second War.

Just a reminder: "Krasus' " is the plural possessive. So either it's a typo in WoW or there's more than one Krasus!

Probably a reference to Marcus Licinius Crassus (115 - 53 BC), a consule and very rich businessman. He is probably most famous for being a member in the first Triumvirate (along with Gnaeus Pompay and Julius Ceasar) and fighting down a slave rebellion with Spartacus at the lead.

He had discovered the Twilight's hammer had corrupted his red eggs, turning them into deformed chromatic dragons. When he touched the egg the corruption had spread to him. It was discovered that eggs of all flights had been corrupted in all sanctums. Thinking of his beloved Queen one last time, half mutated into a Chromatic dragon, Korialstrasz summoned every ounce of his power and exploded it outward, destroying a good chunk of Wyrmrest Temple, and utterly obliterating himself and the sanctums, along with the sanctums fell the thousands of corrupted eggs.

As of the end of Twilight of the aspects, he is considered 'deceased' in the lore, though that never stopped practically everyone els in Northrend.
