If you're looking for the Keristrasza the questgiver, just use the Augmented Arcane Prison that should be in your inventory after completing the quest, The Cell. She will appear wherever you use the item and give you the quest, Keristrasza.

This version of Keristrasza uses the generic Red Dragon model, despite the fact that she does have her own unique model, which is used for her appearance as the final boss of the 魔枢 (克莉斯塔萨).

This unique model however was implemented after the release of Wrath of the Lich King, so Blizzard either forgot to update her models outside of the Nexus, or didn't find it worth the effort to do so.
