Despite being a member of D.E.H.T.A., King Mrgl-Mrgl will NOT attack you when you have Animal Blood. You can, however, attack and kill him if you have it. A little hard to do with the water around him though.

Actually, this NPC looks like someone in a suit. Take a closer look to the npc and you'll see seams holding 2 piece of cloth togheter.
Even his position and size is suspicious, his feets looks like fake boots. When you talk to him ,sometimes you see his fake eye poping out of his suit.

I love the one blue sock used with all the brown socks to make his back fins (or spikes, or whatever). This is guy is part of my favorite quest line in WoW. It beats the fecal based ones any day. Remember 肮脏的工作, 稀有的豆子 and 尽你的职责 ?

Better still, about half and hour prior, a Naga NPC for another quest (can't remember which one) cast the swim speed buff she was supposed to give me on *herself* instead.

He's one of the NPCs that will help you fight during the quest The Protectors of Hyjal. Mainly spams Wrath.

Could he be Malfurion Stormrage in disguise? While doing the quest Blackmailed By My Cleaner, Mrmrglmr: refers to him as night elf king and the voice acting is of Malfurion, just a thought!

The textbox dialogue when players interact with King Mrgl-Mrgl:

I recently came here to observe the Winterfin murlocs. Disguised as one of them, I kept my distance and took notes on their day-to-day life.

However, not long after I arrived, that all changed.

An earthquake in Coldarra caused a landslide, which exposed the nearby caverns. Out came a strange makrura who stole away with the Winterfins' tadpoles. When the murlocs went into the caverns to rescue their young, they re-emerged, glowing and under the makrura's influence.

Now the unaffected have retreated to here, and I have reluctantly assumed their leadership.
