He can be found on the boat shipping around Scalawag point. Enter his boat at: 38.1, 74.8

Tried to do The Lost Shield of the Aesirites
but could not find him on the ship the Sister mary with the friendly undead crew. Used /tar Captain but nothing. Just a hostile ghoul below decks. Did three round trips on the boat but nothing.

Find Juniper ( 38.0, 74.4 ), if the ship hasn't docked wait for it. Once aboard the captain should be at the wheel.

While you can easily say a ship full of skeletons and undead = pirates of the caribbean.. i thought a ship full of DANCING skeletons would be more like this sturmgrenadier machinima of 2004.

In my opinion of the greatest wow vids made, but judge for yourself which you find better fitting. Meanwhile have fun watching.

The bug has finally been fixed i found him on the deck in the place he should be so now if u havent done the quest go right ahead.

There is a quest to complete that needs all four items. Please fix the bug there is a vital 40000+xp here.

I found Captain Ellis, on the little island that the Sister Mercy docks at. Near the NPC Juniper.
Co-ordanates 38, 74. I think Blizzard moved him from the boat, to stop him bugging out.

Might be a reference to the Flying Dutchman from the Pirates of the Caribbean or to the cursed pirates from the first movie(trying to retake some treasure as undead..)..

But then again,all pirates want treasure
