No recipes were available when I checked him at 8:44am.

I bought the 配方：暗影防护药水 off him at 8:49am and settled down to watch some TV. No one else came by. A second copy of the alchemy recipe appeared at 9:36am.

While I was waiting the 图样：厚鱼人皮甲 spawned at around 9:05am. A second copy had not spawned when I left after getting my second copy of the alchemy recipe.

I am an alliance Rogue and this dude is Horde. No where can I find where I can obtain this recipe without paying an ungodly amount of gold on AH if I can even find it. What gives? Why can't I buy it?
