Member of the "The Tauren chieftains" (Level 70 Elite Tauren Chieftains in real life)

They were playing The power of the horde just outside of Shattrath during the Blizzcon 2007 each hour. Between two concerts, they stand on a balcony in Silvermoon city, with their manager Michael Schweitzer.
With 2.4.3 patch, they are back in Shattrath City and play the power of the horde each hour at the World End Tavern, they're announced by Shattrath Saul ten minutes before the beginning of the live. They also perform a Unique show in Blackrock Depths's Grim Guzzler.

Back in WCIII if you typed TenthLevelTaurenChieftain would play Power of the Horde. It still works in WoW if you type /script PlaySoundFile("Sound\\Music\\ZoneMusic\\DMF_L70ETC01.mp3")

If you /wave or /cheer to any of the band members, they'll do it back at you.

This is the only member of the band that won't dance or cheer or do anything else if you try to interact with him, he'll simply /rude you, and then face his way agian.

Check out their Wowwikki site. Arthas Menethil, aka The Lich King, was their original guitarist. Wonder what this guy did that was so awesome that he got to replace Arthas.

Transmog Info:

You can transmog to Bergrisst's appearance using the Vengeful Gladiator's set, purchasable for 750/1k honor per piece in Area 52, Netherstorm. You will need to find a reddish cloak to match perfectly. Unfortunately, there are two minor differences that can't be bypassed, by looks:

The "skirt" of the dress has a pattern at the bottom. The pattern has slightly different spacing of the design. In addition, the real Bergrisst's wrist sleeves flare out, and yet no combination I've found of gloves/bracers will allow this.
