Nutshell Version: this characters name is a spin off of a character by the name of Iceman in a old PC game called Wing Commander.

Lengthy Explination:
I would not expect to many people to get this. A lot of characters are refrenced from previous games. Mainly, its a way on how Blizz say 'Thanks' and this is one of those characters. This particular NPC, is a take off of a character in an old 'Origin' Game (semi huge back in the 90's when we all though 16 bit graphics were all the rage on computers. The Game was called Wing Commander. And it made about 5 or 6 sequals to the game. the main ones were WC 1 -> 4. and a few expantions to WC one, Secret Missions. Ichman, is a spin off name of Iceman. One of WC's (wing commander for you slow ones out there) fighter pilot's that flew on your wing. If i remember right, he was a father who was loved by his family and had an only son, When the war broke out he lost his whole family to the war and was going to get the enemy back. Unfortunaly he dies on a capital ships got destroyed by an enemy faction sneak attack. And some how, your character was to blame for it. (this game, along with -Origins- short lived 'Privateer' , sparked what we all now know as E.V.E. Online, and a few Non Linear games)

With 310% flight speed, plus the Level 3 Guild Perk, "Mount up" equals a total of 331% flight speed. This makes it super easy to dodge his fireballs, plus getting back behind/over him is also easier. I just did this quest earlier today, and got hit multiple times by the fireballs and was NOT dismounted. I counted at least 5 times being hit. I found it to be a little lolmode but nonetheless, got it completed! Hope this helps.
