FeiFei wants a treat for a certain quest (Fei Fei's Treat). Once you have the required treat (But it off it's boss in exchange for 2 simple buyable items) it will start ooking for some hiding spots. Just follow the dog until you can interact with a pile of dirt and recover the beads for another quest, one you get from the Draenei on the top floor of the HonorHold inn.

After giving Fei Fei the treat, you don't have to follow it around while it looks for the right hiding spot. You can go directly to the final burying point and interact with it to find the Draenei Prayer Beads.
The dirt pile you want is near the back of the Honor Hold inn on the stables side in the corner of the cut-out area.

Fairly straightforward - just buy some silken thread from the leatherworking trainer behind the inn, then use the thread to buy a doggy treat from Tracy. Then just give the treat to Fei-Fei and follow him around the Honor Hold courtyard for a few minutes.

Perhaps a nod to the character Faye Valentine from Cowboy Bebop as she gets called Fei Fei through out that series by Ed, and the dog could well be a nod to Ein.

Fei fei actually means 'chubby' or 'piggy' in Chinese. Not really sure if that's relevant or not since it doesn't look all that fat, but it is a common pet name in Chinese speaking countries.

And man does it suck if you're this person and you have to wait it out. This is a 10+ min quest of following a dog around for 5k xp...

As of the Cataclysm event, amusingly, Fei Fei will sometimes go after the level 6X fire elementals which spawn from the rift in Honor Hold.

You can guess how well that works out. On the bright side, we now know that the pug model has no death animation.
