Easy for an adventurer to be attacking mobs and ignore the unique name tag. Hits far harder than anything else in the cave, usually around 5 damage.
With 2 tanks, 3 DPS and 2 healersyou should be able to take her down. After losing 20% of her health, the eggs behind her will begin to hatch, releasing large amounts of spiderling adds. Ranged dps and/or a frost mage or two are best here to keep the adds held in place.
After losing another 10%, she will spawn Hogger, which the off tank will have to keep aggro on.
At 10% total health, she transforms into Illidan Stormrage. This is stage 3 of the fight, and will require both healers to keep their distance from his heavy AoE.

Wish they'd make these guys "red" again. It's much too easy now. I don't mind the Mangy Nightsabers being "yellow", but the spiders really should be red. What if new players don't know about the difference between red and yellow? It'd be better for them to learn about it before they get mobbed by something like furbolgs (like I often did) later on.

Okay, that centaur chick or w/e she doesn't help you fight at all now : / and now I can't kill that spider... Too much Hp and I have to little.... They need to fix this badly! OR give us a health potion

This quest effin sucks if your a night elf warrior without any twink gear. You will die tons. Even Took out the totem and still couldn't kill the damn spider. The hell is blizzard thinking when they made this quest! Yeah you can probably group for it but when there is no one around to group all the time?
