This character has the worst voice acting I have heard in my fifteen years playing this game. I know that sounds like an exaggeration, but I genuinely can't think of another one that would take the crown. Maybe Sindragosa in ICC, but at least she was supposed to sound like that.

This is like someone is doing an accent based off of having seen one episode of Game of Thrones.

To me, he does sound so much like Daniel Radcliffe. This accent comes out when he's doing an excitable character, though the voice is quite raspy so I have some doubts. There are a number of famous voice actors throughout wow that aren't credited, so you never know.

In any case, while I like this voice as an addition to the game, I can see why a lot of people find it jarring compared to the slow speaking npcs everywhere else. If they're going with that as his theme they should have made his character model similarly unusual and lively.

I usually don't mind the voice acting in WoW, and this guy isn't that major of a character or anything, but holy moly... his voice is just so jarring. The first time I heard it, it felt extremely out of place in the game. The fact that his visage is a Night Elf might have something to do with it too maybe? I know he's a dragon technically but Night Elves usually sound more calm I guess? His voice sounds closer to those exaggerated Kul'tiran NPCs. I hate to sound negative, but the actor was laying that accent/raspiness on way too thick to take this character very seriously.

I keep hearing Richard Ayoade. It's the voice he used when Moss was GMing D&D. Not sure if it's him, but it's remarkably close

If you are looking for Lord Andestrasz in relation to the Kalimdor Cup, he is at the Rostrum of Transformation on the west side of the Obsidian Enclave.

Lorde Andestraz is most likely an easter egg/ reference to Andrestraz, a red dragon who has been asleep in a cave near AQ since the launch of WoW. He has been asleep ever since, and is a complete mystery. Meerah's Jukebox appears to wake him up for a moment, but still with ZZZ's above his head showing he is technically still asleep. No one knows why the toy does this or if he is linked to some undiscovered secret. He still appears to be asleep, so there is a chance that Lorde Andrestraz is possibly his father? Maybe its him and Blizz misspelled it? Maybe the missing R in Lord Andestraz's name is a clue? However, seeing as the old world is dated, its possible that with the world revamp we will see Andrestraz is no longer sleeping, and has left his cave. I hope Blizzard talks about this or puts in a quest line talking about if he woke up and why he was asleep! Its gonna be a real bummer if they don't take this golden opportunity to do SOMETHING fun with this during the DRAGON expansion. That being said, I would be lying id i said it wasn't much more intriguing to leave it a mystery.
