I had a lot of trouble finding Garz for my last part of the Sojourn of the Azure Span achievement. No matter what other obscure quest I completed I returned to Camp Nowhere and I could not find him at The spot where he was supposed to be.

What I had done was that I had accepted his quest in my hurry to max level, and eventually got a full quest log which made me abandon the quest. The problem was that Garz had already moved north to Rustpine Den. It was not until I went to that location that I found him again and could continue the questline properly.

So if you, like me, can't find Garz in Camp Nowhere, but are sure you did most questlines in the zone already, fly North to where he gives out the other quests further down the quest line. He may have moved there permanently.

Edit 2: After 2 days of searching I finally found him. He is at 63.52

I cannot find this NPC whatsoever. I have checked the listed location and the alternate location mentioned in the comment above. No dice. This is the one thing I need to finish this achievement.

Edit: I opened a support ticket in-game. They answered the ticket by telling me to check WoWhead, then closed the ticket as "resolved". :(

I also had trouble finding him for the Rustpine Den questline. It seems that you have to start off and find him at Rustpine Den first, then he will move to Camp Nowhere after you complete his quests there.

They designed this chain so poorly. You shouldn't have to rely on several pages of WoWhead to find simple questgivers.

Garz moves. His location is dependent on which quests you have completed. His locations include

So frustrating trying to complete rep for this faction and not being able to find the NPC's necessary to finish.

After a 20 min while mining found him at /way 66.8 12.9. But no quest available. The search continues

To get both breadcrumb quests of Academic Acquaintances and Broken Traditions, Broken Bodies

First:
Make sure you've finished all the quests provided by Sonova Snowden with the last quest being Ice Cave Ya Got There .
/way #2024 65.4 16.0 Sonova Snowden

Second:
Pick up Academic Acquaintances from Sonova Snowden .

Third:
Fly to Garz and turn in quest. Then pick up Broken Traditions, Broken Bodies.
