She's in the building in the camp there, with a few normal mobs around her

Inside the building, there are fel orc plans laying on the ground. Clicking on them seems to make her spawn.

Be careful when turning the corner.. I got 3 of them aggroed(a warr and 2 casters) then a fourth came ( a warr again), luckily i was able to handle them using VW as a 64 warlock but i totally spent my mana and health. She herself is ordinary mage and after killing that four i noticed that she's with another caster there. Totally 3 caster and 2 melee mobs are there and she's ordinary mage. GL:

As stated above, she's in the building within the camp.

Note in case you don't notice: be sure you pick up Fel Orc Plans ( http://www.wowhead.com/?quest=10012 ) from a scroll on the ground inside the same building as the Liaison. =)

There's a nasty respawnrate in the building she's in... I think there was 3 mobs in there except her when I entered, and after killing all of them, 2 had already respawned...

I found it very hard to kill her.

Not because of her health or abilities or anything, just because she's a hot blood elf female.

Using mana tap and then going behind the wall leading into the large room where she is, I could single pull everyone there. First a Devastator, then a Backbreaker to the left of her, then finally her. Killed the last Backbreaker for the plans, the last Devastator didn't even aggro. Managed to get out before respawns.

So if you've got a ranged ability you can pull with, use it and then go out of line of sight. I can imagine it being quite a bit harder for a paladin if you don't have mana tap. Avenger's shield would probably give you a nice 4, maybe 5, mob pull, 3 of them being casters. Not at all optimal for a prot-specced paladin :)

Solo'd as a 64 holy/disc priest. I used line of sight pulls on the first mob and then hugged the left wall so i could pull the mob that is around the corner. I was able to pull her without pulling the caster on the back wall and then finished off the last caster to get the Fel Orc plans.

Rather annoying with the description though, it tells you that she went into the blood elf encampment then to kill her before she leaves the fel orc one.

For Alliance, this quest is definitely a good one to do while you're farming for http://www.wowhead.com/?quest=10007.
