Location for the beginning of the chain is wrong. Corki is in the Burning Blade Ruins. I lack coordinates, but he's easy to find.

The coordinates shown now are correct for "Corki's Gone Missing Again!".

Location is 72.70 at Burning Blade ruins.
Because those coordinates on map are wrong for this quest I contacted GM's several times because I couldn't get the quest.
There is a Corki in a cage in the grotto but it's for another qust.

Now, if you're a horde and are farming rep with either Mag'har or Consortium, never, but never use AOE near him, you will aggro him and have a mob with approx 16k hp on you, hits for 160 on cloth :P

He's not hard at all, i tought he was a regular mob so i attacked him with 2k hp left as a lvl 66 warrior, and had no problems killing him. I had to use a bandage since i was low hp at the start, but if i had 100% hp i wouldnt have had any problems at all. Takes some time, and could probably be a pain if you aoe'd him.

Don't know whether this is new to patch 2.4 or been fixed but you cannot AOE him anymore as horde, I tried on my warrior with demoralizing shout, didn't pull him, but you can still start hitting him to pull him out of the cage for some free rage.

I found this version of him all the way inside the cave (the lower one on the map of Warmaul Hill), next to Warmaul Chef Bufferlo, a 65 elite who hits very fast. I'm not sure (at this point) if he spawns anywhere else on Warmaul Hill, but judging by the picture, he also is outside the cave.

This version of Corki does not spawn anywhere except the cage in the back of the cave by the Warmaul Chef. The above picture is from a different place.

At the very end, his father says he's sent him away to live with the Night Elves in Blade's Edge, but sadly this quirky little Broken never makes it there. Likely got captured and eaten by naga in Zangarmarsh.

And now, he is back, in the Darkmoon Faire, on the "VIP line" of the zoo section, "waiting for his tour guide"... same conversation as with the Arakkoa Visitor...

Maybe it's me, but that "VIP section" looks a lot like fenced area for more animals than anything :P

Siting idle in his cage he has some great lines to his ogre captors:

"Hey fathead, how about some food!"
"Eat me already! I can't take being locked up in this cage around you stinky, fat slobs."
"You fatheads are in trouble if I ever get out of here!"

and my personal favorite:

"Hey Fatso, how do you go to the bathroom with all that fat!"
