Located In Exoramas up in the air

I flew to Exoramas (which is floating in the air around the quest marker) and there were only a lot of mobs, which I could not interact with, including 辛达妮侯爵. But while I checked Wowhead, this npc spawned and was easily killed.

Not on the very top of the tower, but a level or so below, inside in a room with a round rug and Margrave Sin'dane.

If you don't have flying, go to the House of Rituals. Go and click the Gateway to Exoramas at /way 74.37 33.95 Gateway to Exoramas

When you are done killing Fal'zinge there is a Gateway to Surface, click on it to go back to the ground level.

If you flew yourself in, you may still want to use the Gateway to Surface to get out, because you can't run out of the room to mount. So if you don't want to hearth or port, click on the gateway at the entrance of the room at /way 73.55 33.42 Gateway to Surface
