Hello. This is the way i did to level up cooking. Its not the only one available but I found this one easier due to the materials to gather. It was very complicated in the beginning of beta but now blizz made leveling cooking way faster.
•

From 0 to 12 you should craft Biscuits and Caviar 鱼子酱饼干. You will need 20 Lost Sole fish 失魂舌鰨.
From 13 to 25 you should craft 15xSweet Silvergill Sausages 香甜银鳍鱼肉肠. You will need 45 Silvergill fish 银鳍梭鱼
From 26 to 35 you should craft 5xMeaty Apple Dumplings 多肉苹果布丁 and then 5xButterscotch marinated ribs 奶油糖果腌肉排. You will need 15 shadowy shank 曳影腿肉, 20 tenebrous ribs 晦暗肋排.
From 36 to 50 you should craft 16xCandied amberjack cakes 蜜饯琥珀鱼蛋糕. You will need 48 iridiscent amberjack fish 虹色琥珀鱼 and 48 pocket bonefish 麻点骨鱼
From 51 to 55 you should craft 7xBanana Beef Pudding 香蕉牛肉布丁. You will need 21 aethereal meat 飘渺肉块 and 21 phantasmal haunch 幻形腰肉.
From 56 to 65 you should craft 10x Iridescent ravioli with apple sauce 苹果酱虹色煎饺. You will need 30 iridiscent amberjack 虹色琥珀鱼 and 30 lost sole fish 失魂舌鰨.
• From 66 to 75 you should craft 10x Seraph Tenders 炽天使鸡柳. You will need 20 lost sole fish 失魂舌鰨, 40 raw seraphic wings 生的圣洁之翅, 20 silvergill pike fish 银鳍梭鱼

This way will help you to save the hardest to farm meat and fish to do banquets once you reach maximum level.
