I just killed him 21:14 on EU. Seems to just spawn and doesn't matter who is in town.

I've seen some incorrect information posted. He has spawned daily for me. It does not matter who's in town. He also does provide rep. 75 for the first kill only. Spawn time ranges. First was an hour second time he came up around 45 minutes later.

Wowhead badly needs to update the loot tables on some of these rares. Its been almost a full week now.

Its 强化的机油反射器 dropped for me as a 385 ilvl (with no warforge/titanforge description).

So I suspect the "360 ilvl" listing is just a generic base, not the actual ilevel of a typical drop off Scrapclaw (much like the Adventurer Augment items are all marked as 280 or 350 ilvl while being much higher in reality).

Shields seem a bit of a pain to get, so it may be worth killing once a day on lower ilvl shield-using characters.

Was flying around Mechagon on my goblin an saw this guy. I think its a really nice pet for a goblin hunter since you start with a crab, and now you can have an "upgraded" robo-crab! Well, it looks robotic at least. Still a unique pet to have I swear I never seen anyone with him before now people ask me all the time where I got this crab pet from.
