What do they do? I see them in groups of four, all with the exact same look, just standing around. I cannot interact with them at all.

I love the glaives they are dual-wielding. Is there any item in-game that looks remotely similar, bar the warglaives of azzinoth? It seems unlikely but you would think there would be.

I just witnessed one of these in a duel with a level 58 Rock Stalker. The spider won.
