They see stealth. At 70 (no MOD) have not been able to break them off with sprint-evasion-vanish combo. Even with LOS'ing them around corners, they still maintain agro.

They have a pretty large area of detection also.
Immune to blind.
Gouge causes damage, but does not stun.
Cheap Shot works.
Kidney Shot works.

Just noticed: Blizzard increased their player character detection area when the player is in stealth. As a 70 that means you can get closer to them when not in stealth than when you are in stealth.

At level 80, you cannot sneak past these guys at the first doorway, or the ramp before Kurinnaxx.

As a mage, you cannot go invisible to sneak by them either. They detect invisibility.

There is a pair of them guarding the gate between Moam's room and General Rajaxx's room. They are on an instant respawn timer. This means you can farm them forever. If you are looking for a specific set of 50s greens for transmog, these guys are you best bet when the AH doesn't have em.

Just remember to heal yourself once in a while or they will slowly wear your hp down to 0.

Note that Glorious Legplates are not on their loot table. They are missing a piece on their loot table which is worth upwards of 100k gold or more, so no they are not worth farming in my opinion instant respawn or not. Glorious breastplate worth only about 10k if you're lucky, that's just pocket change compared to spending your time somewhere else like the 疯狂的碎齿熊 in winterspring which DO drop the leggings. The last pair of Glorious Legplates sold on Tichondrius for about 175,000g.

Vanguard is worth a bunch too but I'm not too familiar with that market.

Since no one has mentioned this and it befuddled me tonight, to make it clear they will only maintain their infinite respawn if you don't kill the second boss Rajaxx. Don't make the mistake I did and pew pew Rajaxx down or you will be waiting 3 days.

I wanted to add that "Cloudkeeper Legplates" also drops from these mobs ive killed enough to go from honored - halfway through revered so around 24k rep / 10 per kill so ive killed around 2400 of these guys and got these to drop finally

Glorious farming - You can kill the first 2 sets of these guys. Then run out and reset. If you pull a boss no mobs will respawn though.
