Those are all the whispers you hear from it while you are near, it is alive and on quest 水里有东西.

While aggroing
Eye of the Corruptor whispers: Give in. Accept the embrace. Listen.

The area you can hear the whispers is bigger than your limit to target it.

Probably this is a bug but, depending on the number of players near Eye of the Corruptor, you'll be spammed with whispers. While we were 3 players near it, I was getting 3 whispers at the same time, and while I was alone, I was getting only 1.
