EDIT: These spawn when you use the Supercollider weapon (created through the daily offered by Rocket-Chief Fuselage) on the Irradiated Elementals during the Reclamation Rig event. It turns them into Unstable Irradiated Elementals. If you do this, then Unstable Irradiated Golems will spawn at the end instead of the normal elementals.

Just encountered 3 of these as the Final Stage of Reclamation Rig. Never seen them before. Love their models. This seemed to be some sort of hard mode, with a more lucrative reward. I received Irradiated Box of Assorted Parts as the end reward.

This boss is spawned by completing the Hardmode version of the 开垦钻机 event, accessed by using the 超级对撞器 weapon on 辐射元素 during the event turning them into 不稳定的辐射元素.

(Note: It is possible to activate hardmode WITHOUT turning all elementals unstable. Players are reporting hardmode activating having missed "1 or more elementals." It seems as long as most of the elementals are turned unstable, the hardmode version of the bosses, 不稳定的辐射魔像, will still spawn.)

一箱整理过的辐射零件 drops in place of 一箱整理过的零件 that would typically drop after Reclamation Rig's Normal Mode.

Farming it additional times the same day on the same character who completed it will only reward 回收品, (or sometimes 奇怪的回收品 as usual for a second completion of the event. This resets with all other daily quests.

It always drops 图纸：锈栓回收品, even if you have it already and has a chance to drop the 分裂的小软泥怪 battle pet.

Note that if your inventory is full, you will not get the 一箱整理过的辐射零件. It won't be lootable from the corpses (even after clearing your inventory), nor will it be sent to your mailbox. The game simply deletes it (great design...). So make sure you have room for the box plus all the trash that drops during the encounter.
