The epic bracers that he offers at level 40 are pure gold for almost every class. They are a compelling reason for anyone to take a bit of time out at 38 or 39 and get 20 WSG marks.

Not sure if it was him or the guy standing next to him, but he has a Whirlwind ability and is able to be Kited all the way to... wherever you want! I almost got him halfway to the Silverwing Hold. Hits for over 900 fast.

I'm so thankful that WoW Head posted this NPC or else I never would have found a place to spend my Honor on my bow!
He also sells swords, daggers, armor, rations and bandages in exchange for honor.
"Tetris" kind of explains this. =S

Would have been nice if they had moved this guy and the arathi guy over to org. Kind of silly that he is still out in the middle of nowhere. At least there is a flight point nearby now.

This guy is phenomenal! I've have been so dissapointed to see so many PvP objects for 60's in Ogrimarr but then I found this guy and nearly fell out my chair I was so grateful for Blizzard making him and the objects so cheap :D

Post Cataclysm this NPC is still at Mor'Shan Base Camp.

If you look at your map, there is a flight path icon at Mor'Shan Rampart but that is not where to go. The Base Camp is to the south of Mor'Shan Rampart. If you are traveling north on the main road toward Mor'Shan Rampart, the entrance to the base camp is on your left, look for the two red horde flags.

Follow the path to the top and you will come to the entrance to Warsong Gulch BG. Kelm Kargunth is just to the right of the entrance to WSG.

Kelm Hargunth is the Warsong Supply officer
Rutherford Twing is the Defilers Supply officer
Grunnda Wolfheart and Jorek Ironside are the Frostwolf Supply officer's. Grunda is inside the AV and Jorek in Hillsbrad Foothills.

I tried to buy the Forest stalker's bracers on my warrior, but I couldn't see them in his items he is selling, I only saw the rings, swords and some potions and food. I logged on my rogue and I saw that he was selling all of the items he normally sells. Does someone know why can't I see them on my warrior?

I had issues obtaining low level items from this guy at first.
It is an easy fix though.
There is a small pull down menu up at the top that usually has your class / spec selected. To see any of the low level gear, you must change this to "all". Worked for me anyway!

This guy is bugged and not selling 完美贡献符文 despite selecting "All" at the top.

out of all WSG, AB and AV quartermasters: 塔萨迪斯·雪光, 艾蒂尔·月火, 卢瑟弗·图恩, 萨缪尔·霍克, 乔雷克·铁盾 players can't get away with killing only this one because 部落精英 will swarm and pulverize you in 2 shots if you are below max level while guards around all other quartermasters are walking dummies and can be easily sidestepped or killed unless you're a special case and run into nearby enemy battlemaster as well, any of which are tougher than the guards in new character starting area and will splatter you in seconds regardless of your skill and gear
