He is on a small island, you see big island on the map and the one you need is smaller to the north-east from the big one.

If you need Monelite Ore, mining these guys' corpses is one of the best ways to get it. Farming these for about an hour gave me well over 100 Monelite.

This npc is a straight forward pull and burn down. He will be located at the bottom of Nazmir. He has 187k health. He will cast two abilities out of his auto attacks. Azerite empowerment and azerite vent. The azerite vent can get to be a pain because it tosses you up in the air. However neither of these attacks will do much damage. As you can see from my video, I was in a tank spec with my paladin but he is easily taken down by a dps spec.
