Trader Haw'li is located in the eating establishment known as the "Hot House", just off "The Zocalo" in Zuldazar. Fly to "The Sliver" flight point and climb the stairs clockwise around the building until you reach "The Zocalo". The "Hot House" is located on the right. The most noteworthy items that Trader Haw'li has to offer are the toy 霍利的香辣椒 and 金种子 which are used during 格里伏塔's trading game for the 赞达拉人像护符.

Update: 霍利的香辣椒 is currently selling for 52 gold and 80 silver, although this may be a discounted price since I am exalted with the Zandalari.

TomTom Coordinates: 37.8, 14.8.

When you are in the Zocalo area, he is located inside the Hot House at Dazar'alor: 37.81, 14.78 according to my TomTom.

Good news Alliance players, I found a way to get a total of 5 Horde-Only toys using Class Trials in Battle for Azeroth in under 2 hours! This method doesn't require that you make a horde character from level 1 or Boost a character!

Create a Class Trial character (any class except Demon Hunter) and play through the tutorial up until you reach Zandalar. Make sure to not set your Hearthstone anywhere.
Complete the quests 拉斯塔哈 and 部落的代言人. If you don’t do these two quests you will be phased and can’t buy from the vendors.
/way 52.9, 89.9 1. Griftah (buy "Sack of 'Discarded' Hearthstones" for 10g)
/way 34.8, 11.5 2. Rakle the Wretched (get "Much-Too-Hot Pepper")
/way 37.8, 14.7 3. Trader Haw'li (get "Golden Seeds")
Make sure to buy 霍利的香辣椒 while you’re here
/way 42.2, 35.7 4. Granda Watae (get "Centennial Blossom")
/way 57.2, 91.5 5. Trader Nog (get "Preserved Night Elf Head")
/way 53.8, 86.0 6. "Black Eye" Zenru (get "Counterfeit Rastakhan Mask")
/way 52.9, 89.9 7. Griftah (get "Zandalari Effigy Amulet")
Once you reach Griftah be sure to buy the 赞达拉人像护符
Use hearthstone (will still be set to Orgrimmar)

Learn all of your toys
