Dear Werg.

I am writing this letter to ask a favour. As you know I've been to visit you a lot in the past few weeks looking for a specific pattern, namely Wicked Leather Gauntlets. Each time I arive you are currently out of stock of the said item. I do not have the patience to wait beside you all day, because quite frankly your very boring.

Please find enclosed five sheets of Resilient Parchment, five vials of Royal Ink, a Long Elegant Feather and a Carrot on a Stick.

Next time you see your supplier of the before-mentioned pattern, please copy the details of the pattern onto the five sheets of parchment using the feather as a quill and the ink as.. well as the ink. Also, before the supplier leaves give him the Carrot on a Stick because he needs to get a titan-forsaken move on!

On Azjol-Nerub, about 5:30 in the morning server time, I parked my DK at this dude to camp him. Set the shiny new alarm clock going, and saw 39 minutes pass before the Stormshroud Pants pattern showed up. Then had to wait an additional 7 minutes before the Wicked Leather Gauntlets pattern showed.

Patience can be a virtue with this game. I still wonder, though, if Werg is linked with the NE leatherworking supplier in Silithus, since this was about the same time spent waiting at him to get his two patterns.

I've been camping this guy for a couple hours now, the stormshroud pants pattern has spawned 3x and I have yet to see the gloves. =(

Currently using 2 accounts to camp both the Alliance and Horde vendors for the Wicked Leather Gauntlets pattern.

So far I have been waiting for around 90 minutes. In that time the Alliance vendor has spawned 3 x Stormshroud Pants and 0 x Wicked Leather Gauntlets. The Horde vendor has spawned nothing.

No idea if this suggests a link between the two vendors, though.

EDIT: After a little over 2 hours of camping, the Wicked Leather Gauntlets pattern spawned at BOTH vendors at the same time. Spooky. Is it just coincidence, or could there be a possible link? Who knows? Indeed, who even cares? Quite possibly nobody. But that's what I'm here for, to do research into the things nobody gives a hoot about.

Looking at the other comments here, it seems not much has changed. I've been sitting at the Horde vendor for over an hour, and he's only spawned the pant pattern once, but of course no gloves. I have now taken to killing the Alliance NPC version to see if that will up my odds. -.-
