Nez'ara is located in a cave below the Ashvane Encampment at Redrock Harbor in Nazmir. She drops 愤懑姐妹的束腰, part of the 海洋之女的智慧 set.

For the 2nd part of the set, 女歌手娜吉茵 drops 哭嚎姐妹的手套. Songstress Nahjeen is located southeast of the Tortaka Refuge in Vul'dun.

Nez'ara rare is located in 沃顿 at Redrock Harbor subzone on Zandalar isle.
Redrock Harbor is located on the coast to the west from Temple of Akunda.
She is inside the cave in the north part of the Redrock Harbor.
Cave entrance is from the coast side (south of the rare mark)
You need to use 4 Stake to free here and be able to kill the rare.

The boss is inside a cave, the entrance is at the beach near Redrock Harbor.

If you're a rogue or druid, don't try to stealth after cutting the ropes; she will bug out and become non-attackable. I've left her alone for about 20min now and she is still standing there with an orange name and is non-hostile.

Good work stealth characters, you broke it for everone. (Obviously the real fault lies with Blizzard on this one, but still)

I suppose she can only be killed when related WQ is on!
Or based on Reputation?

Nez'ara as WorldQuest is on....and killable.
Now those stakes can be usded to kill Nez'ara.

If she's bugged just do some realm hopping till you find one who isn't bugged

Tested today and appears to be fixed, appeared and boss was being killed so took her down, waited for respawn, cut the ropes, stealthed, ropes respawned, cut again, and killed her. That should cover all the criteria suggested for the bug so far, so, fixed? :)

Curious. When I killed her I got 1000 order resources and my Legion champion-follower gained EXP.
This happen to anyone else?

So.. to attack this boss, you have to cut her loose first?
Wouldn't it make more sense that we just stab her while she's tied down?

Just Killed her and got 30g and 100 resources, my bonus for legion quests. Wish all the new contend did that, lol. Your mileage may vary.
