I like this turtle, sassy, great voicing of the attitude! Ask her about how is it a pilgrimage, you're just standing around. She then starts moving around saying "How's this? Does this count as pilgriming? Happy now? Am I moving around enough for you?"

After giving directions on how to find Torga, she says "I might as well get moving before someone else comes along asking for directions."

Then at Torga's Rest if you talk to her she says "Go to Nazmir they said, hear Torga's stories they said, it'll be fun they said!"

IMHO this is a tribute NPC to Carrie Fisher as:

1) The NPC sounds similar to Fisher in the Disney Star Wars films.
2) Kisha sort of rhymes with Fisher. There is a variant spelling of the name Carrie which uses a K, so if you take the K and add "isher" you get Kisher which sounds similar to Kisha.

OR it's just some amazing coincidence.

I'm not sure but maybe this is just me but Kisha sounds very much like The Junk Lady from Labyrinth ( The1986 film)
Even if it's not her actual voice it shes pretty awesome and turtle is by far my favorite amphibian!
