The best way to go to 鬼母拉格拉丝 is to click on the navigation console on the "Vindikaar" and get teleported to the Shattered Fields. If you turn around then you can already see the 鬼母拉格拉丝, just go down to her.

If you're soloing as a caster and don't have a pet you can put into melee range you need to get into melee range - that Elder's Wrath HURTS. Lesson learned.
