This is the same Vagath who was Maiev's jailor in Shadowmoon Valley for the Illidari. He is betrayed in the quest A Distraction for Akama where you kill him so Akama can sneak into the Black Temple to betray Illidan. It seems his loyalties have reverted back to the Burning Legion since his rebirth.

Vagath was an Illidari dreadlord who was assigned to oversee the cell of Maiev Shadowsong guarded by Akama. He had his suspicions about the draenei, which proved to be true when Maiev and Akama forced their way into the Black Temple with the protection of the Sha'tar under the naaru Xi'ri. Vagath was personally killed by Maiev on the way in. Apparently he was none to happy about being double-crossed, since he rejoins the Legion on Argus years later under the name Vagath the Betrayed. Illidan has you put him down, commenting that after falling to both Maiev's blade and your blade, his punishment in Antorus is going to be severe.

Achievement: 阿古斯冒险家阿古斯指挥官

The best way to go to 背弃者瓦加斯 is to click on the navigation console on the "Vindikaar" and get teleported to the Destiny Point. Go out of the camp down to Nath'raxas Hold, turn right at 59.5, 38.1 and go to 62.8, 27.0 go left through the passageway until you see 背弃者瓦加斯 in front of a hut.
His abilities are:
- 致残爆破
- 恐惧瘟疫
