Looks like turtle to me.
For reference this guy was hiding in Warlords of Draenor and you had to find few times to get him as your Garrison follower.

Dagg hides underwater disguised as a turtle, perfectly blending with the scenery. He can be found inside a pond (41,60) in Deliverance Point, surrounded by npc's from your class hall such as 月之德鲁伊. He is buffed with the spell 这家伙是海龟.

It is a good thing I like casual RPing and turtles, or else while inspecting each turtle in the pond for what sort of turtle each one was, I wouldn't have ever gotten curious about why one turtle had a really cool name and thus discovered Dagg and his fabulous hiding spot.

Come hang out with me at my order hall, Dagg. I don't care that you aren't a shaman.
