Lower level mossflayers, such as this, are not very useful - they don't drop Powerful Mojo or any static loots. They are a rather good source for Runecloth, though.

The Mossflayer are undeniably the best source for Powerful Mojo outside raid-instances, Mossflayer-zombietrolls can be found in Zul'Mashar. Zul'Gurubs trolls, however, do have the highest droprate - they're just slower to kill. The mojo is used for 13 recipies, including tailoring, blacksmithing and jewelcrafting. You can store them in Leatherworking/Blacksmithing Bags.

...they're also used for the useless repeatable Silithus-quest, The Orgrimmar Legion Needs Mojo!, and I'm sure that you could guess that it is only available for the members of the horde...
