He is located in the Temple of Elune in Val'sharah, he paces around the outside edge of the temple, by where the priestesses are.
As a protection paladin, with the artifact 真理守护者, I was able to use 真理追寻者 not as part of my regular spells, but as an extra action button, and it revealed him to be a demon that I could kill. Once killed, he dropped a grey, and 70 职业大厅资源. I am unsure if there are other classes, or artifacts that can make him drop his disguise. Once killed, you can still make him turn again, but he will not drop anything for you after the first kill.
He seems to take about 5-10 minutes to respawn.

He can be revealed as a demon by a demon hunter using 幽灵视觉. Same drops as stated by Wiccanmooon.

This demon is located at the Temple of Elune (53,56) in Val'Sharrah. Use Spectral Sight and talk to Astry Fallenbough (Night elf that often patrols around the circle in the main courtyard) to engage with it. Very easy to solo, he drops a Valiant's Glory and Order Hall Resources, as well as a random grey item.

There is SPECULATION that killing all of the hidden demons in the Broken Isles is a prerequisite to obtain Candrael's Charm for the Guise of the Deathwalker hidden skin for Havoc Demon Hunters.

Apparently there is a bug where this guy will sometimes appear as a satyr even when not revealed by a DH or Paladin. He appears as a Friendly satyr. Talking to him gives a standard response about the Nightmare overwhelming the thoughts and being terrible and beautiful.
