Any chance of tier in the Cache of Sepulcher Treasures?

Can get 259 gear from TW chest. I got this at 259: Grasps of Abducted Fate
Yeah even in game it says 252+ due to the last bosses droping higher ilvl. I assume the write upwas just incorrect

Last TW (MoP), I leveled four toons from 56-60. It went pretty quickly with the end of dungeon XP bonus.
The factions listed as getting bonus rep include the Ashran ones which were removed. Click through to the page referenced and they are still listed as a thing of the past.
Have all 12 classes as alts - I got one tier piece on my alt confirmed! Was lucky I guess and it was a 259 shoulder off Lords... go grind
