New Druid Customization Coming in Patch 10.2 - Stone Cairn Moonkins & Fiery Raid Druids

With a big focus on the Emerald Dream, Dragonflight Patch 10.2 includes new customization options for Druids! Balance Moonkin forms are inspired by stacking stone cairns, while other fiery customizations will be earned from the new raid!
This was the first Visual Development task I was given, to explore the lifestyle and cultures within the Emerald Dream. THis included Moonkin - the shapeshifting form taken by Balance Druids - which happens to be my preferred specialization of my main WoW character.
I came upon the idea of stacking stone cairns being a pastime of the Moonkin. This alludes to their environmentally friendly culture and their history of the Balance Druid shapeshifting form, as well as providing a fun visual juxtaposition between the hulking form of the creature paired with the delicate nature of stacking stones.

The press kit also includes other druidic concept art from the Emerald Dream, including a bear, stag, and named NPC Aurostor the Hibernating, although it's not known if these will be actual forms available to players.
In an
interview with Icy-Veins
, Assistant Game Director Morgan Day and Senior Game Designer Patrick Scarborough commented that there were also other Fiery Druid customizations that players would earn from the raid, which is also very fiery themed - some of which we may have images for as well!
Note that these images are sourced from the press kit and not yet confirmed as player available, as many are likely enemies.
Icy-Veins
No new race/class combinations are coming in Patch 10.2, but we will have new Druid customizations. New Moonkin customizations and some other fiery Druid customizations that players can earn from the new raid.
