These are quite simple too obtain. They look like the dreadmist set; but black. I put up a picture of the shoulder-pauldrons. All you need too do is farm the mobs for the drops, buy them off the AH, or buy them off the vendor in Durotar.
You need to do the quest given by Vol'jin for the mojo which allows you to upgrade the armor pieces to random epics. These are 489 IL. You can upgrade them in Stormwind next to the Transmog guy for 250 Valor Points. 500 in total for both upgrades.
