My god, this has to be one of the most hilarious models for a weapon ever, possibly even rivaling 扎尔杜姆，吞噬者的法杖 . What's even better is that the arrow coming out of the crossbow is what appears to be either another tentacle, or an arrow that's stretching through the squids head skin. XD A truly epic weapon, and with some great stats for a hunter with all that crit and haste, as well with that nice red socket! It barely misses out BiS to 魁麟吼 because of it having a bit more agility, but it's still the weapon with the best appearance in the raid in my opinion. :D

In my opinion this is the best weapon for an hunter as of 5.3 (barring thunderforged of course). Yes, you will get a bit more agi off Voice of the Quillen, but this weapon gives us both crit and haste bonuses, whereas the other tier 15 weapons give crit OR haste plus one of hit, exp, or mastery. Mastery is not so useful for us (even for BM it is generally not as important as crit and haste), and it is likely that even with reforging, having such a massive hit/exp bonus on your weapon as Tortos' or Qon's weapons give will mean you are irrevocably over the hit/exp cap and drops your crit/haste quite a bit.

Of course, your equipment may mean one of the other weapons is a better choice depending on your build.

Still, this has got to be the coolest-looking weapon in the game. I usually transmog my weapons into regular bows (as opposed to guns or crossbows) but this will now become my standard mog for my weapon, regardless of what I replace it with.

EDIT: Just to add my calculations on femaledwarf show that for my character in SV this weapon will give more dps than Voice of the Quillen under the best reforges and whatnot I could come up with. Not much of a difference, and with VotQ I would get more stamina, but I am not going to bother. More dps is better, even if it is little.
