At the moment, as this has no stats, but has a 1min CD as opposed to a 2min CD. As this says "Only Usable in Pandaria" you won't be able to use this in Battlegrounds or Arena, but this may be worth it for World PvP or the new PvP area.

A current season honor trinket is 1750 honor, works anywhere, and has some resilience and pvp power, so it really depends on whether you want 2 CC breaks or more pvp related stats.

This Trinket makes no sense with 恶毒角斗士的残酷勋章 around for the taking.

Only sense in having this item is the 1 minute cooldown .

Things to mention :

- The trinket provides no status
- The trinket is limited to Pandaria
- Could be used more frequently than the PvP Trinket
- if you are interested in a world PvP trinket. Go for 军情七处特工手册

This item either currently has no benefit from upgrading, or there is no data on the upgraded version. The cooldown is not lowered, nor are any stats added to the item. The only purpose to upgrading this would be to inflate your average item level.

By no means should this be a method to increasing your iLvl, but I was close to the brink of doing LFR and after I got this trink, it pushed me over the average gear level threshold for queuing for it. Food for thought.

Might be the easiest iLvl 483 item to get out there, regardless of LFR threshold, PvP or iLvl status.

comes in handy when solo-farming zandalari warbringers. fear-break on a one minute CD instead of two (insignia).
